With over 18 years of construction experience, Nick has worked on countless commercial and residential construction projects from the tender stage all the way to completion. Before joining Branch Construction, Nick spent 11 years working with RCS construction where he worked his way from Project Coordinator to the Senior Project Manager for the Head Office.
During his commercial construction career, Nick managed over $110,000,000 worth of projects and has constructed, renovated or fit-up 1,000,000’s of square feet. While at RCS, he also managed site labour allocation for Nova Scotia. Some of his most notable projects include the Fox Harb’r Banquet Facility and the Microtel in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
Nick brings his vast knowledge of construction management, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, to his role at Branch Construction. In his role, he's responsible for each project's daily progress and overall execution, including contract awarding and administration, trade coordination, inspections, scheduling and cost control. He strives to ensure all work meets or exceeds building codes and local authority standards

Robert’s main focus as President and CEO of Branch Construction
is overseeing the success of all projects from beginning to end. With his feet firmly entrenched in the local market, he has built a large network of progressive contacts across the city.
Robert is responsible for the day-to-day business activities within Branch Construction. He oversees all daily decision-making, and works closely with all company members to support them in their roles.
